We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to inform you about some important updates regarding our gate system, which will be implemented within the next week.

Effective from 4/25/2024-5/01/2024, the current four-digit access codes used for gate entry will be deactivated. If you currently use a four-digit code for gate access, it will no longer work. Instead, residents will need to obtain a gate card from the front office. Please note that this change only affects the four-digit access codes and does not impact the three-digit guest codes used for phone access.

Additionally, we want to bring to your attention that the new system may cause some older gate cards to become non-functional. If your gate card does not work, we kindly request you to bring it to the office, and we will promptly replace it for you.

But wait, there's more good news! With the implementation of the new system, we're introducing a convenient upgrade. Residents will no longer need separate cards for accessing different amenities onsite. Instead, one card will grant access to the front gate, fitness center, and pool area. This streamlined approach aims to make access easier and more efficient for all residents.

The deactivation of the four-digit access codes will occur on 5/01/2024. We encourage you to obtain your new gate card before this date to ensure uninterrupted access to the property.
